I am determined now to get this extra weight off.  I went to the beach this past weekend and the sight of me in a swim suit was terrible to me.  Of course, everyone else says I look fine, but I don’t feel “fine”.

I want to get back to where I was.  When I felt healthy and happy with how I looked.
